  Securely pack the device in its original packaging, including all mounting hardware, keys, and documentation to ensure a full refund.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the hardware's condition, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
